Item(s) must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging in a condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures, and manufacturer documentation.
If you cancel your order after it has already been shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply and both shipping & payment gateway charges will be deducted. Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 24 hours of receiving your items. If you cancel the order before shipping only payment gateway charges will be deducted.
hospitalupgrade.com accepts Net Banking, Cheque/DD, Bank Transfer, and Direct Bank Deposits.
In case of refund, a cheque shall be issued for the name via which the order was placed in the first place.
